Gateshead Awards 2017/18

'The Gateshead Awards' celebrates people

and organisations who make the borough

'a better place to live, work and visit'

The Little Theatre Gateshead and the Progressive Players were proud to have been nominated in 'The Gateshead Awards 2017/18' in the 'Voluntary Organisation of the Year' catagory.

The awards are presented annually by the Mayor of Gateshead to celebrate the hard work and dedication of people and organisations 'who make the borough a better place to live, work and visit'.

The theatre and all our performances are entirely produced by our amazing team of talented amateurs, with every job from start to finish being carried out voluntarily. Being shortlisted for this award is a tribute to the work and dedication of the members of the society.
