SUMMARY:Come From Away
DESCRIPTION:Come From Away chronicles the real-life experiences of the people of Gander\, Newfoundland\, and the almost 7000 airline passengers who were forced to land there when US air space was closed on September 11\, 2001. \n\n\n\n Twelve actors tell the story of both the Islanders and the Plane People\, revealing the fear and uncertainty that came with the terrorist attacks – as well as the profound generosity and compassion of strangers. \n\n\n\nWhile some characters and stories are an amalgamation of several people and experiences\, others are grounded in true people\, such as Captain Beverly Bass\, the first female captain for American Airlines; Kevin Tuerff and Kevin Jung\, the couple from LA; and Nick and Diane\, the couple who met in Gander.

In this delicious modern farce everything goes disastrously wrong. SUMMARY:Andy Capp
DESCRIPTION:Buy tickets\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nStarlight Theatre productions present this hilarious musical\, which is rarely performed because of its reflection of society at the time it was written in the 1980’s. It is\, however\, an extremely entertaining piece and well worth seeing. \n\n\n\nAndy is his usual\, feckless\, workshy self\, running rings around his long suffering wife Flo. Andy’s nephew\, Elvis is getting married. His fiancée is Raquel Scrimmett whose mother thinks she is a cut above the rest of the locals. Once she realises that Elvis has asked Andy to be his Best Man she… – well\, you will have to come and see the show to find out the mayhem that is unleashed! \n\n\n\nFull of great music by Alan Price and so many one liners by Trevor Peacock that you should book early in the week so you can come back later to hear the jokes you missed first time round\, its definitely not PC and not for the easily offended. However\, if you love a good laugh and good music and would like a great night out\, then get booked up now! Tickets are already flying out.
